I started the Medifast diet in October 2007, weighing approximately 220 pounds. (I'm not clear on this point to avoid, because) I am weighing as much as possible. To date, May 2008, with a weight of 144 pounds. Only 5 feet 3 inches tall, so my goal is somewhere between 120 beats, and I'm making about 20 pounds more. At the rate I go, I hope to go in late summer, just in time for my wedding.
How can I do? Pretty simple, really. Ifollowed by the five plus one plan. I ate five meals in the context of planning and preparing a meal for lean and green in me. Without fail, this lean and green food is almost always at lunchtime or for me, because I get to enjoy it and more than a good meal with my family.
Medifast I found the food quite good. I'm not a fan of the dish, but all other options and combinations to work something for me. I found that if I added a number of points (fatand syrup of sugar, low fat cheeses, sour cream and salsa), some food, which gives me more variety and greater flexibility.
I do not exercise too much at once, because I knew how I would feel, ketosis. (No matter), but I saw results very quickly and dramatically. That was really motivated me and made me want to play with efficiency and would like to see more weight loss.
I knew it was the kind of person who needs a push continuesspeaks. I've never seen an athlete, and I have never enjoyed exercise, but now I understand my body in a whole new way and want to take care of them.
Now that I'm able to wear nice clothes, and you can trust the weight will come out, I find myself focusing on things like the definition in my arms and still want a smaller size. I still can not go crazy with exercise, but walking with a weight vest for my muscles with energy bands, and the work of the stomach andwith weights and balance balls. Nothing brings me more than 20 minutes a day, but did not give significant results.
My advice to anyone that this plan would be fully committed, but not afraid to do the work for you. Yes, add low-fat cheese and sour cream, eggs are not like the plan was written, but it certainly was for me. On the side of my daughter to go if their motion is not the same as running five miles, but got the joband it's fun, so I'm sorry.
I know first hand that does not make big changes really uncomfortable to see the results. You just have to be low and constant.
